1. Introduction

Multilevel LTD, trading as Multilevel Agency ("we", "us", "our"), is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the website at https://multilevel.agency/ (the "Website") and provide done-for-you business-to-business (B2B) outbound services, including cold email, prospect data, outbound dialing, SMS follow-up, qualification, and appointment booking (the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit the Website, use or enquire about the Services, or otherwise interact with us. It also explains your rights in relation to that information.

For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Multilevel LTD is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices, please contact us using the details in section 16.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Website or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you complete a form, book a call, register your interest, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Website or the Services. The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make.

Personal information provided by you

We may collect:

  • Names, job titles, and company names;
  • Email addresses and phone numbers;
  • Mailing and business addresses;
  • Contact preferences and any other information you choose to provide.

Payment data

If you engage our Services, we may collect data necessary to process payment, such as billing details, invoice information, and payment instrument details. Payment card data is generally processed by our third-party payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

SMS and mobile information

If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we collect your mobile number and information about your consent, including the date, time, and source of your opt-in. See section 5 for how we handle SMS and mobile information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect some of this information using cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via the Website and the Services for a variety of business purposes, including to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support;
  • Schedule and manage calls, meetings, and appointments, including sending appointment reminders and confirmations;
  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • Communicate with you about the Services, including administrative and service-related messages;
  • Send you marketing and promotional communications where permitted, and measure their effectiveness;
  • Deliver targeted advertising and understand how our advertising performs;
  • Process payments and manage our business relationship with you;
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and
  • Protect our rights, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

4. Our Legal Bases for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we must have a valid legal basis to process your personal information. We rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent. Where you have given us clear consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose, such as to send you SMS or marketing messages.
  • Performance of a contract. Where processing is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you or your organisation.
  • Legitimate interests. Where processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, and marketing to business contacts, provided your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
  • Legal obligation. Where processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

5. SMS and Mobile Information

When you provide a mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from Multilevel Agency relating to appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling, service updates, responses to your enquiries, and related communications.

  • Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to consent to receive SMS messages to use the Website or the Services.
  • Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
  • Getting help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out to us directly at [email protected].
  • Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share your mobile number with service providers (messaging and delivery platforms) solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive, as described in section 6.

6. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We may process or share the information we hold based on the following legal bases and circumstances:

  • Service providers. We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting, email and SMS delivery, CRM, scheduling, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Consent. We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
  • Legitimate interests. We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
  • Performance of a contract. Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfil the terms of our contract.
  • Legal obligations. We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
  • Vital interests. We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, and illegal activities.
  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We do not sell your personal information. As stated in section 5, SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

9. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures. These include access controls, secure connections, and the use of reputable service providers. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

10. International Transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom, but some of our service providers and partners may be located in other countries, including the United States. Where we transfer personal information outside the UK, we take steps to ensure that it receives an adequate level of protection, including by using appropriate safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or transfers to countries covered by adequacy regulations.

11. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Website or the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Website or the Services. If we learn that personal information from users under 18 has been collected, we will delete such data as soon as reasonably practicable.

Subject to local data protection laws, including UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

13. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
