What happens if you don’t deliver the number of patients promised?
We put skin in the game. Let’s say you prepaid for 10 patients. If by the end of the period we only delivered 7, we would refund you for the 3 undelivered patients or keep working until you receive all 10. You only ever pay for actual patients who show up and move forward.
What if I want to cancel after paying upfront?
You’re never locked into a long-term contract. For example, if you prepaid for 10 patients and after receiving 2 you decide to cancel, we refund the balance for the 8 patients you haven’t received. Your investment is always protected — you only pay for what’s delivered.
Do I have to pay anything if no patients show up?
